How to Effect a Positive Lasting Change

As easy as this may sound, it requires a lot of time and energy. Depending on the changes you want to cause you require patience, longsuffering and faith. First, you must be clear on what you want to change and what you want it to be. When you have the vision in mind; You begin to consciously adjust your present actions towards the goal. It’s first about your present alignment, the secret is to assume the position of what you want to achieve now. Position and stand firm.

Now what you see and what you want to change may be too far, but like i said earlier, start. Align yourself, focus your energy and attention and plot a path to getting to where you want to be. Be on it and avoid distractions. Distractions are very subtle and relative. Not all distractions are negative, Some positive things around you could be distractions. A distraction in this context is simply an act, action, activity that is not in line with what you want to change. Depending on the phase of the process you are, you may need to focus solely on the subject matter and get it to a level where you can now begin to do other stuff or delegate people with like minds to assist in effecting that change.

Have the patience to see a vision through. Changes happen when you consistently apply the right pressure required to cause a change. You must be willing to give it all you got. Your present best will be your next starting point if you give yourself. One of the most common things that happen when effecting a change is an early victory, this is fantastic; However you shouldn’t be distracted by that (read the article on dealing with the praises of men). Be on it and set people who you can trust in charge . Commit/stress the vision to them and monitor the process. Taking over is a conscious effort, you don’t treat it by the side.

Finally, Make sure you have cleared with God that you are supposed to be on that mission. You can be willing to change something yet it isn’t time for it or it’s not God’s plan for you to do it. Clarify with God; if he clears you, He will give you the road map. Once you have that clarity, Go for it, Fear not!. Let the giants already in the land not intimidate you because you were born for this.

Just imagine, This is why your parents probably met and conceived you and you want to chicken out? Its’s a serious matter o!. Stay with the vision, Prioritize the impact that change will cause above everything else, Refuse to be distracted, Conserve your energy by limiting excessive conversations but rather generate energy and Stay focused. and then the God of increase will cause that change to happen, It has no other option than to change just be on the matter.
